What to Expect?

Book your OnBoarding

Email Hello@therealestatedistrict.ca to book your onboarding meeting. 

Email your Property

Once you are onboarded, just email your listing or transaction documents to us, and we will get started!

Let us take it from there!

We will help take you through all of the steps from Active to Closed!

Listings

Pre-Listing:

  • Create Listing in DealManager

  • Input Listing into Matrix

  • Order For Sale Sign

  • Introduction Email to Sellers

  • Seller FINTRAC

  • Create Just Listed Social Media Post

Active Listing:

​​​

  • Upload MLS Sheet into DealManager​

​

Conditionally Sold:

​

  • Create Deal in DealManager

  • Send C/S Email to Seller

  • Transaction Summary sent to Buyer Agent

  • Deposit Instructions sent to Buyer Agent

  • Receive and Upload Deposit

  • Create Condition Dates in Agent Calendar

Firm Sold:

​

  • Receive Waiver & Upload to Deal Manager

  • Upload Sold MLS sheet.

  • Send Firm email to Sellers

  • Order For Sale Sign Down

  • Request Lawyer information from Buyers Agent

  • Upload Lawyer information to DealManager

  • Create Sold Marketing Social Media Post

Transactions

Conditionally Sold:

  • Create Deal in DealManager

  • Send Intro Email to Buyers

  • Deposit Instructions sent to Buyer Agent

  • Receive and Upload Deposit

  • Complete FINTRAC via ReallyTrusted

  • Send Receipt of Funds Record to Buyers

  • Create Condition Dates in Agent Calendar

Firm Sale:

​​

  • Receive Waiver & Upload to Deal Manager

  • Upload Sold MLS sheet.

  • Send Firm email to Buyers

  • Obtain Buyer Lawyer Information

  • Request Lawyer information from Sellers Agent

  • Upload Lawyer information to DealManager

  • Create Sold Marketing Social Media Post
