RED Agent Impact Program
What is the RED Impact Program?
The RED Agent Impact Program is designed to:

Support agents during unforeseen financial or personal challenges

Ensure fairness and consistency across the brokerage
-
Maintain confidentiality and dignity
-
Remain scalable and sustainable for the entire RED community​

Agents have access to one of the two following options per calendar year.
Support Option 1: Community Impact Grant

What it is:
A one-time, confidential financial grant from the Community Impact Fund.

​How it works:

Once per calendar year, agents may anonymously apply for a $2,000 grant.

Applications are reviewed and approved at Management’s discretion.

If approved:

The brokerage will be informed that the RED Impact Program provided a $2,000 contribution to support a team member (no identifying details shared).

Any additional Community Impact funds for that month will follow the standard nomination and voting process.

Support Option 2: Split Deferral
What it is:
​
Short-term cash-flow relief through a temporary split deferral.
How it works:

Agents may request to defer their split to the following deal.

Available up to two (2) times per calendar year.

Requests are reviewed and approved by Management.

Important:
Split deferrals do not apply to outstanding monthly fees, which remain payable as scheduled.
Is the submission Anonymous?
​
Yes. Names of any submissions, approved or rejected will not be shared with the brokerage. This is to protect the privacy of our Agents.
Who decides if the application is accepted?
​
The decision will be made by Management on a case by case basis.

We trust that this program will not be abused, and will be used with great discretion so that it can be something we keep in place for the long term.
