Parking

Drop Offs & Loading Zones - 15 minutes or less

There is a 20 minute loading zone in front of 622 17th Ave SW, and delivery drivers also utilize the alley behind our office building for quick drop offs.

Short Term Parking - 1.5 hours or less

When logged into the Worknicer app, look for the "Book a Resource" tab. This is exclusive to The Real Estate District, and allows you to book a parking stall in the building's parkade. We currently have two spots available for booking, we have a tandem spot and an additional Worknicer spot that can be utilized.

PLEASE NOTE - when booking these stalls you will be able to access the Overhead door and parkade lobby using the app the same as you would unlock any other door. BE AWARE that you only have access during your booking time so you need to return to your vehicle while you still have access.

2 Hour Parking

There is lots of two hour parking on 14th Ave, 15th Ave, 18th Ave, 19th Ave and 5A Street.

Deposit Box

We have additional parking available in the parkade under the Indigo lot kitty corner to the office building. This requires a garage door opener, parking tag and key. Please make arrangements to pick up and return the items with Mack.

Deposits can be dropped off in person to unit 401 between the hours of 9am-5pm - or you can utilize our after hours located outside the building of 1550 5th St SW.
